What to expect from your MyEllevate Elite treatment?

MyEllevate is performed under local anesthesia and typically takes about one hour at our Newbury Street or Brookline offices. Before the procedure, you'll consult with one of our board-certified plastic surgeons to discuss your concerns and goals. The treatment area will be cleansed, and a mild local anesthetic will be administered to ensure your comfort.

Once the area is numb, your surgeon will make tiny punctures along the treatment area to guide a lighted needle under the skin. This transillumination technique helps place sutures precisely to achieve natural-looking results. Your surgeon will then sew or lace muscles and tissues to lift and tighten the neck and jawline.

Preparing for your MyEllevate procedure

To prepare for your MyEllevate treatment:

  • Arrive with clean skin (avoid sunscreen, creams, or lotions)
  • Stop smoking at least two weeks before the procedure
  • Avoid direct sun exposure for at least two weeks prior to treatment
