20’s year old beautiful, ethnic female who was referred to Dr. Sanan for evaluation for a cosmetic and functional rhinoplasty. This finesse rhinoplasty required multiple advanced techniques, including correction of her twisted nose, improving her nostril asymmetry, and removing her small hump. Twisted noses are very challenging and they require extensive counseling and discussion at your consultation that the goal is improvement and not perfection! After surgery, she is so happy with her nasal breathig and nasal shape and very grateful!
