30’s year old Caucasian male who had experienced a couple nasal injuries in high school, resulting in life long difficulty breathing. Cosmetically he didn’t like the bump. He also wanted to improve the hooked appearance of his tip. It was important to him to maintain a strong bridge and masculine appearance to his nose. Dr. Sanan performed Ultrasonic Piezo functional and cosmetic rhinoplasty, which included septoplasty, nasal valve repair, inferior turbinate reduction and cosmetic changes. The patient is very grateful and happy with his breathing and cosmetic result!
