We all want to keep our skin looking young and healthy, but it’s hard to know where to start the facial rejuvenation journey. There are many treatments and products available; how can you be sure you’re making the best choices for your skin?

The Boston Center for Plastic Surgery has the answers. We offer a variety of treatments and services that are tailored to meet your individual needs. Our board-certified clinicians will help you choose the right treatment plan and provide you with the best possible results. Here are five reasons patients choose Boston Center for Plastic Surgery:

1 – A Complete Array of Treatments for All Your Rejuvenation Needs

The Boston Center for Plastic Surgery has a team consisting of plastic surgeons, dermatologists, aesthetic nurses, and aestheticians to meet all your rejuvenation needs – surgical, minimally invasive, and non-surgical procedures, such as laser treatments and skincare.

Botox Injections are a popular cosmetic procedure that can help reduce wrinkles and fine lines by relaxing facial muscles, resulting in a smoother and more youthful appearance. We offer Botox injections as one of our comprehensive facial rejuvenation services. Other services include:

Fraxel Laser Treatment

The Boston Center for Plastic Surgery is proud to offer Fraxel Laser Treatments to our clients. Fraxel is a cutting-edge laser treatment that can dramatically improve the appearance of your skin.

Fraxel works by targeting specific areas of your skin with lasers. This helps to stimulate the production of new collagen and skin cells, resulting in smoother, younger-looking skin.

Fraxel Laser Treatments are safe for all skin types and can be used to treat a variety of concerns, including:

  • Fine lines and wrinkles
  • Acne scars
  • Sun damage
  • Skin discoloration and uneven pigmentation

The Fraxel laser is safe to use on sensitive areas like the face, neck, hands, and décolletage. Please schedule a consultation to discuss whether our Fraxel laser treatment is the right choice for you and your specific skin concerns.

A Natural Facelift with Dr. Miller

A facelift can help to rejuvenate your appearance and give you a more youthful look. During a facelift, excess skin is removed, and the underlying tissues are lifted. This helps smooth wrinkles and gives the face a more defined shape. This procedure can be performed independently or in conjunction with other procedures, such as eyelid surgery or a brow lift.

Dr. Leonard Miller, board-certified plastic surgeon and founder of the Boston Center for Plastic Surgery offers a Natural Facelift procedure.

Dr. Miller’s Natural Facelift provides significant, yet subtle improvement in lax, sagging skin and restores a youthful appearance. It is safer and better tolerated than traditional facelift techniques, with less chance of complications.

During your consultation, Dr. Miller will address your concerns, answer all of your questions, and discuss your desired results before developing your customized treatment plan.

Breast Augmentation Surgery

Breast augmentation is one of the most popular cosmetic procedures.

The most common reason for breast augmentation surgery is the desire to increase the breast size or volume of naturally small breasts. Other reasons include wanting clothing to fit better, to correct asymmetry of the breasts, or to restore changes in breast tissue after pregnancy or weight loss.

No matter the reason, the goal of a breast lift or implant surgery is to create a more aesthetically pleasing appearance. At Boston Center for Plastic Surgery, we believe that there is no perfect breast size, as each person has her own individual preferences.

Dr. Sean Doherty, a board-certified plastic surgeon at the Boston Center for Plastic Surgery offers both saline and silicone gel breast implants. When considering which to use, you should know that silicone breast implants provide a more natural look and feel, when compared to saline implants. They also tend to move more with a woman’s body. However, they require longer incisions and are generally more expensive than saline implants.

At your consultation, Dr. Doherty will explain the differences between saline and silicone breast implants and how each will benefit you. The natural size and shape of your breasts, your breast tissue, your preferences, and more will be discussed so that you can make choices that are best suited for your body.

CoolSculpting

CoolSculpting is a cosmetic procedure that uses controlled cooling to eliminate fat cells without harming the surrounding tissues. The process is FDA-approved, and the results are long-lasting.

During your CoolSculpting consultation, you will have a physical examination to assess fat deposits and tissue elasticity to determine if you are a good candidate for the procedure. If so, then one of our aesthetic staff will create a personalized treatment plan for you.

Recovery time from CoolSculpting is short; patients can return to work and to their usual activities that same afternoon. Two treatments are recommended.

Micro-Needling

Microneedling is a cosmetic procedure that involves using a device with fine needles to create tiny punctures in the skin. These micro-injuries help to improve the appearance of scars, wrinkles, and other skin concerns by stimulating the production of collagen and elastin while improving the blood supply.

Please note that different cosmetic procedures will have different recovery times. For example, more invasive procedures, such as plastic surgery, will require a longer recovery time than less invasive procedures, such as micro-needling.

We recommend scheduling a consultation with our board certified-dermatologist to make sure this treatment is right for you.
